Controller and contact
The data controller is BLINKFEED PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, operating under the OBVSLY brand and developing Salespad. Polish registration numbers: KRS 0001165076, NIP 6751811908, REGON 541347259. For privacy enquiries, email contact@salespad.ai.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Salespad informational website at salespad.ai and the salespad.pl domain that redirects to it. It does not replace the privacy information for campaigns running on Salespad kiosks. Campaign forms should identify the relevant controller, processing purposes and contact arrangements for each campaign.
Hosting and technical data
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit, the provider may process your IP address, requested URL, connection time and browser information to deliver content, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Our legal basis for operating and protecting the website is the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiries and demonstration bookings
When you email us, we process the sender’s details and message to handle and respond to your enquiry. Calendly handles demonstration bookings: we process the information you enter in the booking form and the appointment time. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and arranging meetings (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Providing data is voluntary, but contact details are needed to reply or arrange a booking.
Cookies and external services
The website code does not include Google Analytics or our own advertising tags. Calendly widget scripts and styles load when you visit, connecting to Calendly servers and transmitting technical data. Opening the booking interface uses Calendly’s service, which may use cookies and similar technologies under its policy and your selected preferences. Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Recipients and retention
Hosting, security, email and appointment service providers may process data as needed to deliver their services. We retain correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to handle the matter, and subsequently only as required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical log retention depends on the purpose and service configuration. Cloudflare and Calendly may process data outside the EEA; their documents linked below explain international transfers and safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise data portability where applicable. Contact contact@salespad.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We do not use data from this website for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
